Withdrawal needs to be initiated and approved by agreed signatories to the account.
Group Admin or creator set up the mandate by assigning two members each as initiators and approvers and selecting the percentage of required votes to make the mandate valid.
Yes. The admin needs to set a new mandate, and members must vote to activate the mandate.
