BucksTrybe Contribution Score: How It Works.
Just in case you are late to the party, BucksTrybe launched a new feature a few months ago and it’s called the Contribution Score.
If this is your first time on the blog section of our website, welcome! I am thrilled to have you here.
So, back to one of the unique features that will come in handy for you in future – Contribution Score. The BucksTrybe Contribution Score is your personalised scorecard that shows your credibility, loan repayment behaviour, and credit history.
What is the BucksTrybe Contribution Score?
The BucksTrybe Contribution Score is a unique metric created to track your financial interactions with members of your Ajo group. This score is an alternative credit system that can help you gain access to loans in future through the daily, weekly, or monthly Ajo cycles you do on the BucksTrybe App.
How Does It Work?
Your Contribution Score is calculated based on the consistency and timeliness of your contributions. Simply put, to ensure you have a high credit score, don’t default on your contributions, and pay before the stipulated due date as set up by your Ajo admin.
Why Should You Care About Your Contribution Score?
It is common knowledge that as Nigerians we pride ourselves in making outright payments for purchases or not being in credit. However, life happens, and you might need a quick loan from one of the reputable lenders we are working on partnering with. When this is the case, you can be sure that your Contribution Score will come in handy. You don’t have to wait for the rainy day before you get the umbrella. Start building your Contribution Score now with BucksTrybe.
How to Get Started
If you are yet to download the BucksTrybe app, what are you still waiting for? Get it here. Have the app and wondering how to boost your Contribution Score? Here are some tips:
- Don’t join an Ajo group you cannot afford. Doing this will decrease your likelihood of defaulting.
- Add your Ajo contribution to your budget every month. Except for the month you are the one receiving a payout.
- Set a reminder on the day you would like to make your contribution. Preferably the day you get your salary so that you don’t forget about your contribution.
